We all know there have been major issues with both pet and human products coming into America from other countries, and the most recent reports of a variety of illnesses cropping up in dogs who consumed chicken jerky products made in China are scary.

To make things even more complicated, even the “Made in the U.S.A.” label doesn’t guarantee that the kibble on the shelf is safe for your pet.
